Figgy collects the following data:
Personal identification information (email address), when you sign up for our newsletter
Answers to questions in our acne treatment survey, when you take our survey
How do we collect your data?
You directly provide Figgy with most of the data we collect.
We collect data and process data when you:
1. Register online for our newsletter
2. Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email
3. Voluntarily complete a questionnaire on our chatbot or our tracking assistant
How will we use your data?
Figgy collects your data so that we can:
Send you our email newsletter, if you have opted in to receive it
Analyse responses to our survey anonymously and in aggregate.
Figgy would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, if you have opted in to receive it.
If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.
You have the right at any time to stop Figgy from contacting you for marketing purposes.

What are your data protection rights?
Figgy would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights.
Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access – You have the right to request Figgy for copies of your personal data.
The right to rectification – You have the right to request that Figgy correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Figgy to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
The right to erasure – You have the right to request that Figgy erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that Figgy restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to Figgy’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to data portability – You have the right to request that Figgy transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

About the Skin Tracking Assistant
What does the figgy skin tracker assistant do, and how does it work?
The figgy skin tracker assistant allows you to check your skin for spots and changes to your skin.
Importantly the figgy skin tracker assistant does not risk assess or try to diagnose your acne. It’s best to consult your general practitioner (GP) or a health professional.
To use the figgy skin tracker assistant, simply take photos of an area of your face for a skin score, and you can take more photos at a later date to compare for progress.
You should both take photos of the facial area that you want to keep track of.

Which devices does the figgy skin tracker assistant work best on?
The figgy skin tracker assistant is a progressive web application that is designed to be accessible from either your personal computer or your mobile phone.
For the best results with the photo-taking, use a mobile device.
Can anyone use the figgy skin tracker assistant?
We do legally require you to be above the age of 18 to use the skin tracker.
We do not store, use, or permit any images of anyone under the age of 18.
Does the figgy skin tracker assistant provide a diagnosis or assess my skin condition?
No, we do not diagnose your acne, and it is not advisable to have a diagnosis using the images from a smartphone only.
To obtain an official diagnosis or an assessment of acne, it’s best to consult your general practitioner (GP) or dermatology specialist.
Can I show my photos to my general practitioner or specialist?
Yes, you may use your photos to track your skin progress and show them to your medical practitioner to support their diagnosis or assessment.
We recommend that you follow your medical practitioner's advice.
How reliable is your algorithm in checking my acne?
Our algorithm has been developed in consultation with British general practitioners and dermatology consultants. However, it is important that you do not replace our algorithm with a formal diagnosis by a medical practitioner.
Do I have to pay to use the figgy skin tracking assistant?
No, the skin tracking assistant will be free to use, with more premium features to be added in the future.
Why does it take so long to get a skin score?
Our algorithm works around the clock and takes time to ensure that your images are processed with an acceptable level of confidence. Your skin score will be updated within 24 hours of you taking your photo.
Can I delete my skin tracking assistant account?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your registered email address. We will delete your account for you.
